EA has the biggest team focused on the new Battlefield

Determined to revive the heyday of one of the most beloved FPS titles, Electronic Arts is putting in the grind to ensure the next Battlefield hits it big. To achieve this, the company has assembled a powerhouse team to unlock the shooter's full potential.

During an investor briefing last Tuesday (07), EA's CEO, Andrew Wilson, shared that this marks "the largest Battlefield team in the franchise's history." Additionally, he expressed immense satisfaction with what he's witnessed thus far.

"A few weeks ago, I was visiting the teams and couldn't be more excited about what they showed us and what we were able to play."

EA's Bold Bet on the Live Service of the New Battlefield

Regrettably, details about the upcoming title remain scarce, but EA vows to make a substantial investment in its live service features. 'I've recently immersed myself in playtesting sessions with the Battlefield team, and what they're crafting is set to deliver an extraordinary live experience,' he revealed.

Back in April, EA made waves by announcing that Motive Studios' developers were joining forces to contribute to the new Battlefield, a studio simultaneously forging ahead with the creation of Iron Man.
